Associate Attorney — At the bar since 1998
A member of the bar since 1998, Michel Chevalley has practised at several renowned firms, including Solutionsavocats, ARC Avocats and Chevalley Avocats. On 1 June 2023, he joined forces with Christel Burri to found ABC Avocats, with offices in Nyon.
Michel Chevalley has broad experience both as a barrister and as in-house counsel for international companies — notably Tamoil SA and CPGMarket.com SA, an entity established by Nestlé, Danone, L'Oréal and SAP for the development and implementation of information technologies.
He has developed a corporate and commercial law practice providing advice to companies and individuals, with particular expertise in company law and real estate law.
Michel Chevalley is also an investor and director in several entities active in real estate on the Lake Geneva arc, involved in the management, development and execution of real estate projects and their respective legal challenges.
